Это песня моей юности (жутко как-то звучит, ну да ладно)... Впервые я услышала ее в ужасно романтической обстановке :))  Мартовский черный вечер, Парк культуры, набережная Москвы-реки, живая гитара. И нас - двое :))

PS Тот, второе, разумеется НЕ Щербаков :))
